NEQ has been moved in to our new web site for a few months now. Certainly it is a nice improvement and was a wise investment by your Club. There are many final items we as your webmasters want to polish and a few areas yet to develop but we are fully functional.

NEQ has had a significant year so far. Winter driving was a big hit. Lime Rock in May was a great success where we hosted a group of Veterans. The full course at Monticello offered two days of memories that rumor has it may not happen again. Watkins Glen I was a great success with a lot of smiles. Watkins Glen II is just ahead and will include a scenic rally ride through the lake and wine country surrounding the track and conclude with a tour of the original Grand Prix tour through Watkins Glen by Peter Argetsinger, whose father brought that race to the U.S.

We had sixteen Instructors take advantage of Pro Coaching at WG I and will offer it again at an affordable rate at WG II. Mont Tremblant is back and late fall up north has been magnificent in recent years. We have been honing our driving skills on indoor Karting tracks and a car show is next weekend on July 25th. Other events are possible such as a fall foliage drive, a rally and Dealer meets for tech or detail sessions.

Really, there are no limits. This is your club. Have an idea? Want to help? Run or assist a committee? You have every right to the direction of the Club as a member. All it takes is being involved, joining an event.

With the schedule of events NEQ offers, getting involved is easier than ever. Speaking of being involved, your NEQ website has very involved sponsors on board. On the left is Audi Certified pre owned, of course. On the right are our Club Sponsors. Please make every effort to utilize these active participants in your Club. Their support of the Club brings direct value to you as a member.

Stay tuned as we continue to evolve your web site. Check back frequently. A click on a sponsor or a reminder of an event on our calendar may get you thinking.

For NEQ, your Webmasters,
Tom, Joe and Dennis
